It's what all Moms and Dads fear on Halloween... rain! What are we going to do? Here's some tips on what to do if we have a rainy Halloween:

- Hide your candy throughout the house and have your kids do a "scavenger hunt"
- Head over to the dollar store and purchase a bunch of ponchos. You can buy them for $1 and just throw them away afterwards.
